A sourdough country loaf baked twice a day, and on Saturdays kouign-amann that don't last past ten. The pastries come out around 7h30.
La Richardais market is held on Friday mornings on the square just opposite: a greengrocer, a fishmonger, and a cheesemaker who comes over from Combourg.
